How to Claim a Prize

—If you have a winning BONANZA EXTRAVAGANZA WEEKLY 50/50 number, please email stacy@firefighter5050.com

— If you have a winning BONANZA EXTRAVAGANZA EARLY ACCESS TICKET package number, please email updates@bonanzaextravaganza.com

— If you have a winning BONANZA EXTRAVAGANZA TICKET PROMO CODE FROM 2025, please email info@bonanzaextravaganza.com

— If you have a winning BONANZA EXTRAVAGANZA EVENT number, please provide the following information to claim your prize:

  1. Copy of your ticket

  2. Copy of the front of your driver’s license

  3. Your mailing address and phone number

  4. Completed IRS Form W-9 if you are a main prize winner over $2,500 (Download at www.IRS.gov)

  5. The number your winning ticket number was drawn on
