FAQs

  • You must be present to win on Big Friday Money. You need not be present to win for Saturday’s drawings.

    On Friday night we give away twenty, one-thousand dollar prizes. All attendees entering the gate will be given a separate raffle ticket. This is the ticket used for the Friday drawing. Winners must be present to claim their $1,000 prize that night.

    Drawing ticket holders ($140 ticket) are randomly assigned a four-digit number at purchase. Saturday drawings are performed with four machines, each containing ten balls numbered 0-9. Each drawing results in a four-digit number.

  • YES. You must be 21 or older to attend the Bonanza Extravaganza. You will be asked to present a state or government issued ID at the gate for entry and must be willing to present it upon request at any time during the event. No exceptions.

  • Bonanza Extravaganza t-shirts and sweatshirts purchased online may be picked up AT THE EVENT at the Bonanza Merch Tent in Turn 4 near the LIVE MUSIC tent.

    Please show your ticket/email receipt.

  • The Safety Shuttle is a free bus system that runs routes to and from select hotels during the event. Schedules for the bus routes will be listed here prior to the event as well as at the shuttle stops.

  • The event is held rain or shine. There is seating with tables and chairs for 8,000 people all under huge tents. Gaming is all under tent as well!

  • What Can I Bring In?

    One factory-sealed bottle of water(20ozmax)

    Cellphones

    Sunscreen(non-aerosol)

    Binoculars

    Small, point-and-shoot digital camera

    Hats and sunglasses

    Earplugs

    Vaporizer pens and E-cigarettes

    Light blankets and towels

    We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following:

    – Small purse or hand-held clutch(maximumsize: 4.5” x 6.5”)

    – A small or medium sized clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag(maximumsize: 12” x 6” x 12”)

    – A clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag(maximumis freezer size: 10” x 12” x 2”)

    – A clear or mesh drawstring bag

  • Please carefully read our list of prohibited items below. This list will be strictly enforced.

    In particular, we have strict limits on the size and type of bags that may be brought into the event, similar to other major events. There will be no storage for prohibited items, including prohibited bags. This is especially important for those of you taking the safety shuttle, UBER/Lyft, or are being dropped off/picked up. We encourage you to not bring a bag of any sort, but if you must, it has to fit within our strict guidelines.

    No professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses

    No umbrellas (ALLOWED FOR 2023)

    No hula hoops or totems

    No balloons or beach balls

    No frisbees

    No confetti or glow sticks

    No aerosol cans

    No whistles or air horns

    No fireworks or explosives

    No musical instruments of any kind

    No bags, backpacks, draw-string bags, purses or duffle bags

    No reusable water bottles or Camelbaks

    No weapons of any kind

    No drugs or drug paraphernalia

    No pets (with exception of service animals)

    No gang-related colors or patches

    No chains, chain wallets, or spikes

    No unauthorized vending or advertising

  • Persons playing games of chance for firearms are reminded that ALL State and Federal Laws apply. All players must know and understand their specific state laws regarding the purchase and possession of a firearm BEFORE playing for/ winning a firearm. Winners are responsible for any license required to purchase/ own a handgun. All winners are responsible for any/all fees that may apply to owning a firearm, including any fees for transferring to the winners State FFL.
